I appreciated the luggage storage service for my large suitcases. the staff, especially Amin and Omar, were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations and arranged tours for us. the hotel also had a restaurant downstairs which satisfied my late night Turkish pizza cravings. the breakfast was average, but the hotel offered a decent variety of options each day. the wireless internet in the room was also a plus.

The location is perfect for exploring Sultanahmet and the old part of Istanbul. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and shops in the area. The hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions like Aya Sofia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Grand Bazar, and Topkapi. The staff, especially Sibel and Umut, are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and have amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, and an electric kettle.

The hotel is located in a great area near many attractions. The basic amenities were well taken care of, with rooms cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. Breakfast included various dishes of Mediterranean origin, which was a great value for the price.

The location was perfect, as it was near all the attractions in the old city. We were able to easily find places to eat and buy souvenirs. The staff, especially Memo and Amin, went out of their way to help us and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a great choice of options. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities provided, and the helpfulness of the staff.

the staff were incredibly friendly and their behavior was excellent. the hotel itself was clean and easy to find. Mr Amin, a professional in tourism, provided exceptional assistance with explaining everything I needed to know about traveling around Istanbul. I must also mention Ferhat and Halit, who were incredibly helpful and kind-hearted. I had a wonderful experience and I wish them all the best.

We had a fantastic stay at Viva Deluxe. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore Istanbul on foot or by using the metro or tramway. The staff were friendly and multilingual, making communication a breeze. The room, although not very large, was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the high-pressure hot shower water. our experience at Viva Deluxe was delightful.
