The spacious suite offered us a cozy haven, perfectly located near Parque 93. Every morning, we enjoyed the vibrant breakfast spread and the staff always went out of their way to be welcoming.

However, the inconsistency in service proved frustrating. Sometimes we faced delays in room service, especially when the food quality simply didn’t meet our earlier dining experiences. The lack of daily housekeeping in the apartment side also surprised us.

the spa is absolutely a joke, and the dirty, greasy sauna almost took my breath away. also, requesting extra towels led to an eternity of waiting without any acknowledgment. i almost had a decent stay, but, of course, i wasn’t offered any form of compensation for my distraught experience. how startling for a supposed top-tier hotel.

the swimming pool on the roof offers warm water for relaxation. the directv system is frustrating and needs an upgrade.

I had a fab time here! The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've had in ages, especially the fresh fruit. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi felt a bit cramped, usually busy with people. Still, I really enjoyed my stay!
