I recently stayed at this hotel over Christmas and I had a pleasant experience. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. the facilities were well-maintained and the gym was impressive. the breakfast offered a variety of dishes and fruits, making it a delicious treat every morning.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the rooms were in need of better maintenance, with closet door handles falling off.

The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were sensational, and the staff at the spa were very friendly. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to restaurants in an exclusive neighborhood.
