We had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Colombia. The attention to detail was impeccable and made us feel like cherished guests. The beautiful decor, cozy fireplace, and delightful garden created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped plan the rest of our trip. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits and a selection of teas. The open kitchen access provided additional snacks and beverages, which was a nice touch. Despite a minor issue with the shower drainage, everything else exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality and stunning ambiance.

The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with plenty of fruits and delicious bread. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The hotel’s location was also unbeatable, with many great restaurants easily accessible. We also enjoyed having a beautiful private patio to ourselves.

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the bathtub didn't hold water very well. the shower door was a bit difficult to maneuver.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and unique experience. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering exclusive amenities such as massages and beauty treatments. The Garden area was absolutely stunning, a peaceful retreat with lush vegetation and a serene ambiance. Moreover, we truly enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was freshly prepared with delicious ingredients and served with great attention to detail.

We did notice one small minor issue during our stay. The TV in the Leisure/ TV room was not working properly, which made it a little difficult to relax and enjoy some entertainment during our downtime.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with luxurious bathrooms and cozy beds. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a beautiful garden and a well-stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks.

One negative aspect is that there were a few service mishaps, such as finding hair in the breakfast and a laundry mishap.
