As bike riders, we loved the excellent location of the hotel, with the King Fahed Library and a small park just across the street. We also enjoyed the outdoor coffee shop with mist to cool down after a long ride. The reception staff were professional, courteous, and even accommodated our late 3 pm check-out request. The breakfast at the hotel was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is also situated in a great business district, making it easy to access various parts of the city on our bikes. we were impressed with the facilities and amenities provided.

The coffee shop in the lobby was a great place to relax and work. We requested to move to a non-smoking room and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite the limited breakfast options, the quality of the food was good. Comfortable bedding and a clean room made for a great night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Braira Al Olaya for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access nearby attractions like Al Faisaliah tower and mall with just a short walk. The staff at the front desk were helpful and even gave us extra time for check-out as promised. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with a cozy and comfortable room. I especially loved the complimentary Arabian coffee, beverages, and sweets offered upon arrival. my stay was excellent and I hope the hotel continues to maintain its high quality and cleanliness.

The quality and variety of food, especially at breakfast and from the room service menu, were not up to par. It would have been great if they improved the options and taste of the dishes.

I had a fantastic experience at Braira Al Olaya. the room/suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the staff, especially the luggage guy, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided generous bathroom and room supplies, prepared for any clothing accidents, and ensured hot and cold water were available in the shower. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the hotel, and the receptionist, Reham, was absolutely lovely and helpful. a marvelous stay with wonderful interiors and great service. I will definitely come back again.

Had a great time during my Easter break at this hotel. the complementary Easter eggs and cookies were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. the rooftop swimming pool was also a highlight, providing stunning views of the city skyline.

Although the breakfast buffet had a decent variety, the dining options for dinner were limited. some of the staff members were not very friendly or welcoming.
