We had an amazing stay at Promenade Hotel. the premium room with club facilities was truly value for money. the cocktails and snacks from 5pm to 7pm on the 11th floor were superb. As an avid photographer, I was in 7th heaven capturing the awesome sunset. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. the location was convenient for transportation. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel with abundant private-hire cars via apps. The suite we stayed in was amazing, but a seaview would have been even nicer. The specialized check-in lounge for levels 11 and 12 added a classy touch. The breakfast spread was wide and replenished quickly. The hotel staff was responsive to our needs, promptly changing our room when there was a leaking problem. They also went above and beyond by providing us with an extended stay when our flight was delayed. We will definitely be returning to this hotel soon because the sea view was fascinating.
