I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, as it was near everything in the city and just a short walk from the Poblado metro station.

The hotel provided excellent service during my stay over Easter. the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Another positive aspect was the delicious breakfast buffet that was offered. There was a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and tasty pastries. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, conveniently located near key attractions and public transportation.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the communication with the hotel staff was a bit challenging as English language skills were limited.

If you're looking for a hotel in a great location, this one is perfect. It is situated in the heart of Medellín, close to many local restaurants and a popular mall in the Milla de Oro area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and willing to help, making your stay hassle-free. Plus, the breakfast offered is tasty with a good selection of options. You can also enjoy facilities such as a steam room and jacuzzi, adding to the relaxation factor during your stay.

There is one aspect that could be improved upon. The hotel could use some updates and renovations, as some of the rooms might feel outdated.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great perks. the location was very convenient since it was close to the main attractions in the area. Another positive aspect was the comfortable room.

The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, especially at the check-in desk where there was always a long line. the negative experience made our weekend stay at this hotel less enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a quiet location near the shopping centers. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and desires. The breakfast provided was superb! The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was also great, within walking distance of restaurants and bars in the city. The walk to the main area was perfectly safe during the day and at night.

As party people, we loved the hotel's convenient location near clubs and restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy the nightlife. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Christian, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay and breakfast were memorable. The hotel was tucked away off the main road, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was superb. the hotel provided a great experience for us.
