As longer term business travellers, we enjoyed the excellent internal ambiance and comfortable rooms with a very comfy bed. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful, and the reception was friendly upon our arrival. The hotel's location was also great, with an airport apron view from our upgraded room. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choices and the rooftop restaurant served excellent food. We especially appreciated the professional service from Harshada, who did a fantastic job.

I recently stayed at The Orchid Hotel for a leisure trip and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The food options for dinner were diverse and delicious. The hotel's location near the airport provided stunning views from the Top Roof. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. my experience at The Orchid Hotel was delightful and I highly recommend it.

Had a great New Year’s stay. Reception gave us complimentary champagne and chocolates as a welcome. Super convenient location, right by the airport with easy access to transportation. I also really enjoyed the pool and the sunny weather.

The hotel rooms were not up to par. They were outdated and not very well maintained.

orchid hotel really impressed me with the beautiful atrium, rooftop bar, and clean, spacious rooms. the staff were also very helpful and the location was convenient to the airport and railway station. breakfast options were good too!

Front desk staff was rude.

This hotel is located conveniently near the airport with several restaurants nearby. The staff is attentive and hospitable, making you feel special throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious with sufficient amenities such as mineral water, slippers, tea, coffee, and toiletries. The Sunday buffet lunch is definitely worth trying for its amazing food spread and different variations of Indian, continental, and Chinese dishes.

The check-in process can be slow at times.

This place is conveniently located near the airport, with just a 5-minute drive to the domestic terminal. The staff is very hospitable and provides excellent room service. The rooftop restaurant offers awesome food and exceptional service. On top of that, this hotel has a leisure spa with a swimming pool, sauna, and health club which are great for relaxation.

Although the staff seems to be confused about the service they provide, the waiter at the rooftop restaurant was outstanding. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this venue to families looking for quality service and amenities.

This hotel provides impeccable service and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is an extraordinary experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Not to mention the health club, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area, all of them providing exceptional relaxation. the leisure/ TV room and karaoke sessions are an added bonus. the fine dining experience, with excellent special diet menus, is unforgettable. the private facilities in the rooms bring about a luxurious atmosphere that is the epitome of comfort.

the back massage experience could have been improved further, but it was still satisfactory.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the karaoke room, which had a few technical difficulties that seemed to affect the overall experience. this did not detract from the overall amazing stay at this hotel.
