We were impressed with the quality of service and facilities available at this venue. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's business areas and two big malls just a short walk away. The soundproofed rooms were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, heating, and ironing facilities. The mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities were particularly appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with the room service and laundry services.

It would have been nice to have some more information on the local area available in the room. Nevertheless, we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Our stay at Four Points in Bogota exceeded our expectations. The staff was beyond excellent, always smiling and accommodating. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the location was excellent. The gym and breakfast were both really good. We especially appreciated the exceptional staff in the restaurant, who saw to it that everything was great, despite our difficult circumstances. We value the people the most and will definitely stay again.

This hotel is my go-to choice whenever I travel to this area. The location is perfect, as it is right by a popular park and within walking distance to major shopping centers. The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere that feels very safe. The staff here are incredibly friendly and treated me like family, from the restaurant staff who even remembered how I like my coffee to the bellhop staff who greeted me with red carpet treatment every day. The service provided, from the room service to housekeeping, was exceptional. The amenities in the rooms were great, including free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and a well-stocked mini-bar.

There is very little negative to say about this place. If I had to be nitpicky, it would be that it is a bit far from certain attractions and you would need to take a taxi to get around.

The value for money at Four Points was unbeatable. The room was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The location was convenient and with a quick taxi or Uber ride, I was able to explore the city easily. The staff was outstanding and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

During my Xmas trip, I was pleased with the two complementary drinks we received upon arrival. the hotel's location was excellent- walking distance from restaurants and bars. the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Sadly, the elevators were quite slow, and we often had to wait a while. the room service was not efficient and often forgot to replace towels.
