The view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the outside pool, which was in great condition and provided a refreshing swim.

As a solo traveler, I had a great stay at the hotel. The renovated suites on the 13th floor were awesome. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms made my stay even better. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The higher floor was convenient with a laundry room, ice machine, and microwave nearby. The beds were comfortable for a good night's rest. The pool and staff were welcoming, even for locals.

The hotel room condition was average at best, with dated furnishings. The rooms were poorly insulated, leading to noise disturbances from the pool area.

The pool is large with plenty of shade. The restaurant by the pool is good. The rooms on the highest floor have amazing ocean views. The staff are warm and friendly. Will choose this place again.

We loved staying here. The hotel is right on the beach and we enjoyed taking walks along the beach every day. Our room had an amazing ocean front view which we loved waking up to. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Our room was always well looked after by housekeeping and we were pleased with the room amenities including the tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar. We also enjoyed the hotel's leisure facilities such as the swimming pool and spa centre.

I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized service I received during my stay at Hyatt Regency. The staff, especially Jane Koo and Yvonne Rodolfo, made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. The views from the Regency Suite were truly breathtaking, and the Japanese buffet at Niji was a highlight of my trip. The hotel's location, right next to the beach, was also a major plus. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam for a vacation or event.

The hotel had a clean and well-maintained facility with convenient parking. It was located in a lively tourist area with beautiful beach walks and easy access to transportation. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The upgraded suite on the 13th floor was awesome, with outstanding views. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The poolside design was very good and the hotel's location was excellent. I was able to rent a car here and explore the island easily. The pool and beach access were great, especially for families with kids. The kiddie pool was perfect for my toddler and the beach had calm, clear water. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. a child-friendly hotel with plenty of amenities.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Guam with my family. The pool was spacious and had plenty of shade to protect us from the sun. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and the breakfast was great. Our room on the highest floor had an amazing ocean view, and the spacious balcony was a nice touch.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we were pleased to find that the staff was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained atmosphere of the hotel, particularly the beautiful gardens in the back. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and well taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. The spacious sea side rooms offered breathtaking ocean views and the comfortable king-size beds ensured a restful sleep. The hotel's Italian restaurant, Al Dente, was a delightful culinary experience not to be missed. The 24-hour deli served amazing coffee and pastries. The hotel's pool was not only larger but also more interesting than any other we've seen, with plenty of shades to protect us from getting sunburned. We enjoyed relaxing by the poolside, reading our books and soaking in the peaceful ambiance.

Felt extremely welcome and had no complaints at all.
