As longer term business travelers, we absolutely loved the caring and helpful staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even surprised us with a box of Lindt chocolates upon check-out. The interior of the hotel is unique, clean, and practical. The location is also great, with a train station nearby, making it convenient for our business needs.

The breakfast staff were happy and attentive, making us feel at home. The location was superb, close to tourist attractions and with easy access to transportation options. The individual decor and small touches like fruit and biscuits added to the authentic feel of the hotel. The owner and family were friendly and involved, giving the hotel a sense of style. a mind-blowingly pleasant stay in a stunning location with superb facilities.

the central location was perfect for exploring and everything was within walking distance. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful, especially with accommodating my daughter's gluten-free diet. the rooms were beautifully decorated and each had its own unique design. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the hot water was always available. Breakfast was great, with friendly waiters and waitresses. We can't wait to go back!

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. We had a wonderful stay in Old Town Zurich with our kids. The 2-bed family room gave us a great view from the roof-top terrace. The location next to Grossmunster cathedral was perfect, and it was an easy walk to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the later check out time. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely wallpaper, and the toiletries were a nice touch. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly located for my Christmas getaway, with easy access to multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. the waterfront and tram/train station were also conveniently close by. the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful decor that added to its charming ambiance.

One drawback was the lack of in, room tea and coffee facilities, which would have been nice to have. Another downside was the street noise, especially during the night, due to nearby restaurants and constant deliveries.
