The staff at Database Staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great personal attention. The hotel arranged guided day trips and restaurant reservations for us, making our stay hassle-free. We were even upgraded to a fabulous suite to make up for the hotel being overbooked. The property is beautiful and located in a safe area with many great restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the gym was well-equipped and hardly used. an amazing hotel experience that is a bargain compared to other Four Seasons hotels.

The hotel features a stunning old building with comfortable rooms. the dining area is located in a covered internal courtyard, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near a variety of excellent restaurants in the local area.

The hotel had excellent service, from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They even arranged pick up from the airport, which was a nice touch. the room was beautiful and cozy, and the shower and bathroom were top-notch. the hotel also had a great restaurant with a good menu and delicious breakfast. the staff at the front desk were always helpful in recommending places to visit and eat at, and they even helped us make reservations. the hotel also offered driver services, which made getting around the city convenient. the service at this hotel was outstanding, and the amenities were fantastic.

One downside was that the hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which meant there weren't many shops or attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room seemed to go off at night, which made the room a bit stuffy.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was beautifully decorated and well-serviced. The location was great, close to the mountains and in a safe area. The staff treated us like VIPs, providing personalized service and even sending us a complimentary bottle of Cava and chocolate dipped strawberries for our anniversary.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider selection and a toaster.

The wood-burning fireplace in our room at Casa Medina was a delightful surprise. It added a cozy and romantic touch to our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a charming character that we appreciated. Despite being located on a major street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were friendly and the restaurant provided a lovely outdoor breakfast experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a charming and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a beautiful property in a great part of the city. The location felt very safe and was close to many great restaurants. The beds in the hotel were incredibly comfortable - probably the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym downstairs was perfectly equipped and hardly used, with nice air conditioning, water, and towels. it was an amazing hotel that offers great value compared to anywhere else in the world.

Absolutely loved our stay! The architecture of the hotel was stunning and had so many hidden corners to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast at the restaurant was a delightful surprise. And the location was perfect, surrounded by a quiet neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants and even a bookstore. Highly recommended!

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. The hotel had a lot of steps throughout the building, which might not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

The rooms facing the street were noisy and had no air conditioning. We had to ask for another room but were still charged for the higher class room that we had reserved.
