The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was ideal, close to a beautiful park and within walking distance of great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of fruits, cereals, and meats. The hotel had a comfortable and quiet atmosphere, despite being located on a busy street. the elegant decor and paintings in the hallways added a touch of sophistication to the overall experience.

The rooms had a strong smell of stale cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The beds were not the most comfortable, and the air conditioning did not work effectively, making the rooms too warm.

The luxurious stay was incredible! the bed linens were so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. the sumptuous breakfast was like a feast, with a variety of dishes that could practically be a full day's worth of meals. Plus, the courteous staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

There was one downside to our stay. It took quite a long time to retrieve our car from the hotel's parking, almost causing us to miss our flight.

Located in the heart of the city in a lovely area, the hotel offers easy access to central areas of Madrid. The spa facility is brilliant and very relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The outdoor pool is a sun trap, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the warm weather. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a 5-star experience. The breakfast selection is great, offering delicious food to start the day.

Upon realizing I left my electronics at the airport, the staff went above and beyond to retrieve them and even shipped them to me with careful packaging. They were prompt in fixing any issues I had with my room and the suites were stunning and spacious. The complimentary food and drinks in the club area were a delightful bonus. The hotel's location in the beautiful Salamanca district made exploring Madrid a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and luxurious amenities.

Cross fit and Pilates rooms. Delicious food at Vasco restaurante with a vegetable garden on the roof. Molton Brown products in the bathroom.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints whatsoever.
