cleanliness, amazing facilities, slow breakfast

The charming retro decor, outstanding pool area, and accommodating staff created a delightful atmosphere throughout my stay.

Yet, the room size felt restrictive, and the bathroom cleanliness could use some improvement and attention.

The infused waters were super refreshing after a long day exploring. Really enjoyed the breakfast—Eggs Fredonia are a must-try. Only thing was, the air conditioning unit was kinda noisy at times, but it kept the room nice and cool, so can't complain too much.

the two pools are awesome, one is heated for chilly days. the restaurant had great portions, too.

The room was comfortable & clean with a great bathroom and walk-in shower. I loved the vanity and lighted mirror outside the bathroom. Breakfast at the First City Cafe was wonderful. The pool area provided excellent drink service with a fun atmosphere. Overall, a delightful experience! 😊

I stayed at this lovely property while visiting the nearby arboretum and it offered a great outdoor pool area, which would be perfect during nicer weather. The restaurant had a nice selection of meals, and the staff were polite and efficient. However, I wish I had upgraded my room as it was quite small for two people, making movement a bit challenging. Despite that, the parking was plentiful and it was an easy walk to the downtown area, so I overall enjoyed my visit.

the staff were warm and accommodating from check-in to room service food, loved the breakfast options by the pool and cozy courtyard area for relaxing, close to great attractions like the historic downtown and gardens.
