I had an amazing time at this hotel! The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sunny and shady spots to lounge around. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Pedro who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with renovated rooms and great amenities like a television and air conditioning. The location was convenient, close to Carnival events and other attractions. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place!

Stayed at Genova Centro during carnaval with my family. the hotel had a nice pool and a garden for the kids to play in. the location was perfect for carnaval festivities. Although the hotel could use some refurbishment, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with great advice.
