Convenient location for my needs, with key locations nearby. the hotel staff respected my privacy and didn't disturb me when I had the do not disturb sign on my door. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a good AC and reliable WiFi.

There was no iron in the room, which was inconvenient when I needed to quickly iron my clothes. the breakfast options were limited, and I missed having fresh vegetables.

The best aspects of our experience included the convenient location in front of the San Diego mall, which allowed us easy access to two major shopping centers and multiple restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception to the waiters and housekeeping. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot vegetarian items, and the staff were more than willing to accommodate special requests.

We loved the restaurant on the sixth floor with its stunning view and friendly wait staff. The breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed being able to sit inside or outside. The hotel's location near a large mall and public transportation made exploring the city easy. We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus for the airport and a nearby mall where you can find anything you need. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is delicious and we were pleasantly surprised to have a fridge in our room, which is not common in Colombia. the hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its location. It's situated between two malls that are reasonably priced and directly across from a shopping mall. We found the district to be safe and convenient to taxis and public transportation. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were bi-lingual, even going so far as to help us communicate with Google Translate. The breakfast bar was delightful and offered amazing views from the 6th floor restaurant. Lastly, we loved the room amenities and appreciated the clean and spacious rooms with a rich mini-bar.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, right across from a shopping mall and in a safe district. We were able to explore the two nearby malls that had amazing prices. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the rooftop buffet breakfast with a beautiful view. the service and quality of this hotel were top-notch!

The fast WiFi was a bonus, and the breakfast served on the 6th floor restaurant with a great view was rich and tasty. The staff was friendly, responsive, and bilingual, making our stay even more pleasant.
