I had a wonderful warm welcome from the professional staff, especially Andres, who made the check-in process a breeze. The room was always neat and clean, and the hotel's location in the financial district felt safe with security guards around. The breakfast buffet was delicious, even though the eggs were cold. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

Had an amazing Xmas at this hotel. Enjoyed complimentary chocolate on Xmas eve and champagne at midnight, which were unexpected delights. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and a variety of great restaurants nearby. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Also loved the great view of the city from the balcony.
