We celebrated our New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great experience. the staff was truly friendly and made our stay very comfortable. We were surprised with two complementary drinks and chocolates upon check-in. the location was ideal as we had easy access to all the city attractions. the hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food options, and the view from the breakfast room was beautiful. We also enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities.

the hotel's elevator could be slow at times. It would have been better if the hotel had a swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

We love staying at Taksim Metropark because of its unbeatable location near Taxim Square. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It's just a short walk to the metro, buses, tramway, and funicular, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. the staff remembers us from previous trips and always greets us with a warm welcome. the rooms, although not the most modern, are always clean and comfortable. We especially enjoy opening the windows for fresh air. the breakfasts are delicious, served in a bright and spacious dining area. We keep coming back year after year and have never had any complaints, except for some slight issues with the AC during the summer months.
