First of all, this hotel is perfectly located just a few yards from where the pedestrianised district of the old town begins. It's so convenient for a short walk to the old centre and close to the main squares. Secondly, the service at this hotel is top-notch. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and things to do while in the city. Lastly, the rooms at this hotel are comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities. Some even have balconies with better views over the Santiago rooftops to the hills beyond.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect - very close to the center but tucked off a couple streets where it was a bit quieter. The room was lovely, with plenty of storage space and a modern bathroom. The service was exceptional, with the staff being helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and served in a pleasant atmosphere. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel's beer/wine/coffee garden across the road. a great stay!

That the room didn't have a kettle for making tea or coffee.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave great dinner recommendations and offered laundry services with a fast turnaround time. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel had a charming and modern atmosphere and was located within a short walking distance of a famous landmark.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The hair dryer provided in the room was not very powerful.
