Great location, close to everything in the city. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. the room was clean and had a nice seating area. the balcony had a great view of the surrounding area.

The room lacked hooks for clothes and there was no drinking water provided. the pool area was not very relaxing.

Despite a brief power outage, the generators kicked in quickly to keep the AC running. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast each morning was delicious with options like eggs with ham, cheese, onions, and tomatoes. The staff was friendly and helped me book excursions, including a trip to Isla Del Rosario. The hotel even arranged for someone to pick me up at the dock after the trip, which was incredibly convenient. I also recommend getting a room with a balcony for a little extra cost - it's definitely worth it. The rooftop pool was small but luxurious and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the city.

Loved the Rooms and Location! The rooms at this hotel were fantastic. the cool air conditioning and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the clean bathrooms were a bonus. Another great aspect was the key location. Being right in the heart of the city allowed us to easily walk everywhere and explore all the sights. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast. Every morning, we enjoyed scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, onions, and tomatoes. It was a delightful way to start the day.
