The cleanliness needs urgent attention!!! Stains on towels, hair in the bathroom, and an overall uninviting smell should not be part of any guest experience!!! The elevator malfunction could lead to serious accidents!!!

Room cleanliness could improve, but comfy bed.

Room was bright and comfy, brekkie was on point with loads of options. The staff were super friendly, made me feel right at home like chatting with chommies. Also, the indoor pool was a great way to cool down after a hot day!

I stayed for three nights as part of a family trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making our stay enjoyable. The room was nice, but we did face some issues with the shower and the phone not working. Overall, we had a decent experience despite the hiccups.

The staff were really friendly, made me feel like a chommie. The shower had lekker water pressure, and the room was huge for our family. Plus, it was super clean and nice and cold when we walked in—perfect after a long drive!

But ja, the bed was a bit on the soft side for me, not everyone's cuppa, you know?

No freezer in the fridge to keep anything frozen!!! The noise from the passing train is unbearable at night!!! Switching every light separately is tedious, a central switch would make sense!!!

However, housekeeping could be improved. the tile floor in the room felt neglected, and the cleanliness of some areas should be addressed. On the plus side, the udon soup served at breakfast was a delightful surprise that added to the overall experience.
