Great location, close to everything in the city. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The room was clean and had a nice seating area. The balcony had a great view of the surrounding area.

The room lacked hooks for clothes and there was no drinking water provided. The pool area was not very relaxing.

Despite a brief power outage, the generators kicked in quickly to keep the AC running. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a great location. It was centrally located but on a quieter street with beautiful flowers. The room had a comfortable bed, a good shower, and working AC. The breakfast each morning was delicious with options like eggs with ham, cheese, onions, and tomatoes. The staff was friendly and helped me book excursions, including a trip to Isla Del Rosario. The hotel even arranged for someone to pick me up at the dock after the trip, which was incredibly convenient. I also recommend getting a room with a balcony for a little extra cost - it's definitely worth it. The rooftop pool was small but luxurious and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the city.

Loved the Rooms and Location! The rooms at this hotel were fantastic. The cool air conditioning and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the clean bathrooms were a bonus. Another great aspect was the key location. Being right in the heart of the city allowed us to easily walk everywhere and explore all the sights. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast. Every morning, we enjoyed scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, onions, and tomatoes, along with fresh fruit. It was a delightful way to start the day.
