This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location in the Bocagrande neighborhood. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms on the ground level, just around from the front desk, were convenient and comfortable. The breakfast, included in the price, was a highlight, with fresh and different fruits to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the great breakfast options provided at the hotel. There was a wide variety of choices, and the staff in the kitchen and breakfast area were very good. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the beach and other hotels in the area. Being able to easily access these attractions made my stay very convenient. Lastly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for my short stay.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the noise level in my room. I was given a room on the third floor, facing the street, and the noise from the main street in Bocagrande was constant and loud.

The staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to help guests with any questions or needs. I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cartagena. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, making it a great value for money option. The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, with special thanks to Brian for his excellent English skills. The spacious and well-maintained rooms with two beds were a pleasant surprise, as was the efficient air conditioning. The hotel's location was also a highlight, being conveniently close to all the necessary amenities and attractions.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, always in a good mood and willing to help with any accommodation we needed. The rooms were comfy and spacious, and the pool, although small, was perfect for a refreshing dip. The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the beach and just a short taxi ride away from the main historical center of the city. There were also plenty of restaurants, drug stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served by the friendly kitchen staff.
