Excellent Customer Service Experience and Convenient Stay

The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and neat, making my stay in Dubai truly convenient and enjoyable. However, improving the lighting in the rooms and ensuring consistent room amenities like pillow protectors would enhance the overall guest experience.

The beautiful interior design and cozy sitting areas in the hotel's lobby and lounges made me feel right at home. The soft color schemes and comfortable seating were perfect for resting and chatting with fellow travelers. , the hotel's convenient location and easy accessibility to the nearby attractions and public transportation were a blessing for senior guests, making it easier to explore the neighborhood and enjoy the city's offerings.

I would have appreciated more handrails or assistance for seniors to navigate the stairs or elevated areas.

The Ibis Al Rigga in Dubai offers excellent value for money with clean, modern rooms and a prime location a short walk from the metro. The rooms, though small, are kept in impeccable condition and are surrounded by a variety of dining options, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

The room size is indeed small and lacks bright lighting, but this is compensated for by the hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities.

The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were all fantastic. Special shoutout to some of the staff like Eugene, Nazim, Buthayna, and others who were so kind and accommodating. the location is ideal, close to the Metro station, restaurants, and shopping malls. the room service and housekeeping were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

One thing that could be improved is the check-in process, especially during peak times, as it took a bit longer than expected. the hotel could work on better coordination regarding check-out times to avoid any unnecessary interruptions.

During my transit stay in Dubai, I found Ibis Al Rigga to be conveniently located just 0.5 km from Al Rigga, making it easily accessible for a short stay. The hotel's proximity to the Financial Centre, just 10 km away, also added to its appeal as a transit accommodation option.

I experienced a minor inconvenience with the air conditioning in my room, as it required multiple calls for maintenance and still did not cool to my satisfaction. the defective kettle in the morning was a small nuisance, albeit it was swiftly replaced upon contacting reception.

Convenient location near metro. Al Ghurair City nearby with many dining options. Money exchange and supermarket close. Free printing service and reliable wifi. Safe neighborhood for work or leisure.

Street outside can seem shady. Girls distributing salon brochures.

The location was epic - we easily hit up the Dubai Cruise Terminal and the Dubai Festival City Mall for some epic activities. Plus, we took full advantage of the fitness center at the hotel to keep the energy levels up during our adventure-packed days.

But hey, it would have been even more lit if there was a cool rooftop hangout spot or maybe a karaoke bar for some night-time fun and entertainment.

In my wife's opinion, having a kids' play area or a dedicated children's pool would have made the hotel even more family-friendly.

We had a great stay at Ibis! the location was perfect for commuting within the city, with the Metro just 300m away. It was so convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel using the Metro. We loved that there was an onsite gym, and the housekeeping service, particularly Delma, was excellent. the staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, it was the ideal location for exploring the area.
