We had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast which we looked forward to every day. The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area, within walking distance to all the nice areas.

Great value for money, comfortable room, and convenient onsite amenities. The location is perfect, with shops and bars nearby. The staff at Boutique Casa Carolina were incredibly nice and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff here truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the refreshing pool and Jacuzzis - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the rooftop area was a wonderful place to unwind and take in the views. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is great, situated on a quiet street with other hotels nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great location right in the heart of a lively area. The staff here spoke English and were always happy to help with any questions or requests. Plus, there were plenty of amenities like a spa and wellness center, a restaurant, and a lovely outdoor pool with lots of loungers to relax on. The room was great too – comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a flat-screen TV.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends traveling in the area.

This lovely boutique hotel was located in a convenient area close to shops and other places of interest. Although not recommended to swim in the sea, it was still a beautiful spot to relax. The cozy room was well-equipped with great air conditioning and a comfy bed. The friendly staff provided excellent service every day with a delicious breakfast and helpful tips. The luxurious pools and beautiful aesthetics added to the already great experience.

Would have been ideal if there was a lift to manage the stairs easily.

I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant and both the lunch and dinner were absolutely amazing. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a disabled traveler, I really appreciated the helpful staff and the accessible facilities at this hotel. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed, including two nice bathrooms. The ground floor pool and jacuzzis on higher floors were perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff made sure I had a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic Easter stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and had all the modern amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like family. The location was great, being close to the city center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. The beautiful grounds with multiple pools and seating areas provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

The only downside was the condition of the bed, as the mattress had some dents on each side. Despite this, we still managed to have a comfortable sleep.

I recently stayed at Boutique Casa Carolina in Santa Marta for 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with a nice bathroom. The breakfast selection was delicious and the pool area was lovely with a small boutique feel. They even helped organize ground transportation for us. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and close to all the nice restaurants, easy to grab a taxi or public transportation. The breakfast was included and always fresh, with plenty of options to drink. The pools were always available, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Even though it's great that there is a no smoking policy inside the hotel and around the open space area, I felt like I was in a prison since I'm a smoker. If they could have a designated smoking area, I would have enjoyed my stay even better.
