Always return for business trip. Staff helped with bags first stay. Perfect spot - Free Wi-Fi, parking, Outdoor dining, Snack bar, Flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/out. All I need!

The house and grounds were impressive, and the inside was a mix of old and new. the hosts were really friendly and supportive. I had a problem with my pillow and they found a flatter one right away, which was good. the hotel was also in a convenient location, close to the main business district and the airport.

The hotel lacked character and warmth, and the rooms were small and uncomfortable. I found the decor somewhat outdated and uninspiring, and the amenities and services were basic at best.
