The staff at Hotel Castilla Real were incredibly helpful, especially Hector and Maria. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's decor was tasteful, and they even had coy carp swimming in a small pool. Excellent value for money and a great location.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel was located near a mall and plenty of shopping and eating places so I didn't have to go far to find what I needed. the staff was always friendly and helpful, providing me with recommendations on things to do and see in the area. the rooms were always clean and well-maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique property in Pereira. The hotel staff took great care of me, arranging for an early breakfast and taxi for my early airport departure. The room, though small, was comfortable and had a spacious shower with strong water pressure. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel!
