Located in a peaceful area on a Fjord in Norway, near a couple of breathtaking glaciers. Conveniently situated close to the bus stop for easy transportation to the glacier. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good water pressure, and some even come with an amazing balcony view. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant service. Breakfast is satisfying, with a nice view over the fjord.

They promptly addressed an issue with our room and even offered a refund. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Briksdal and Kjenndal glaciers, and the balcony provided breathtaking views. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff gladly accommodated our requests. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety during a late-night trek on Mount Skala. They called us regularly and even arranged for a taxi when we reached the bottom. The complimentary cold cuts waiting for us upon arrival were a lovely touch. This level of care and kindness is truly remarkable.

Sadly, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. We expected more hot options and a greater variety of spreads.

The rooms were not heated well enough at night and it was very cold. Also, some insects were crawling on the floor and there was no elevator to carry luggage to higher floors. it was an okay experience for a business trip, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay or vacation.
