I had a fantastic stay at Sol Plaza! the room was spacious, clean, and bright, with a large bathroom. the hotel had a nice, classy ambiance that made it feel like great value for the price. I especially loved the bathtub and heating - it was so cozy and warm in the room. the carpeting was nice and the bed was super comfortable. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as the bus terminal and port. the hotel staff were also very helpful, making my stay even better. I would definitely choose Sol Plaza again!

Great location in the heart of the city. the room was spacious and comfortable providing a warm and hot shower to combat the strong cold of the area. They also had excellent WiFi, making it easy to post photos. Breakfast had a great variety to choose from, with good quality and taste. the staff was very helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile.

We booked a tour through the hotel which wasn't very organized. We were passed to different tour guides until we got to the Lake.

Nothing it is perfect.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the main plaza and shopping area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a heater and cozy fleece blanket. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially a lovely young lady named Thalia. The location was great, just a short walk from the cathedral and the bustling restaurant and shop-lined street. We also appreciated the tasty breakfast and the hot tea and coffee available in the lobby all day. a much better experience than we expected, especially for young people like us.
