During my stay, I was delighted by the breakfast buffet filled with fresh fruits and local treats. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, always ready with a smile.

On the downside, the air conditioning in the hallways was absent, which made for a warm stroll to my room. Additionally, the elevators felt cramped and could use some updates.

the room was very clean, but hot water was hit-and-miss, and let's not even talk about the 'soundproof' claim, which was a joke. i expected a room upgrade or complimentary snacks to compensate for my troubles, but alas, it seems i woudl ve been treated like everyone else. a real disappointment.

The service was exceptional, thanks to a culture of excellence among the staff, truly reflecting pride and dedication in their roles.

Street noise was unbearable, with live events disturbing sleep, reflecting poor sound insulation in the hotel.

We enjoyed our recent stay for five nights in a spacious quadruple room, but the pool service was sometimes unavailable. Breakfast offered a delicious selection, though a variety of bread options would be a nice addition. Don’t miss the fresh fruits! Overall, a solid family experience with a few tweaks needed.

The swimming pool was super clean, and the family loved cooling off there. My room had an awesome view of the city. We really enjoyed the exercise room, which was well-equipped. The fresh fruits at breakfast were a delightful surprise, especially for the kids.

the room service was great, and the staff was super polite and efficient, taking care of all our requests. the included breakfasts were fantastic, featuring delicious local fruits and treats, like tamales with spicy peanut sauce! it's in a prime spot, close to cool restaurants and bars.

I noticed the sound insulation wasn't great (daytime traffic made it tricky to nap). Also, a coffee-making option in the room would be a nice touch.

Stayed for a night and loved the stylish decor and how nice the staff were, especially the breakfast crew. Just wish the street noise wasn’t so loud at night, made it hard to sleep. All in all, a solid place.

The first day we tried to enjoy the jacuzzi, but it was completely out of order! I still remember the panic when we saw water everywhere. it was like a scene from a disaster movie.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, definitely felt the pinch after this experience.
