River Run Inn in Winthrop exceeded all my expectations. I stayed for one night and was blown away by the amazing aspects of this hotel. The location down the long drive to the main highway was perfect, providing a peaceful and quiet setting. The hotel is situated right on the river, which was an absolute delight. I enjoyed watching the deer wandering by, creating a truly unique and natural experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Clean, spacious rooms. Close to town, yet quiet. Warm showers. Close to cross country ski trails and outdoor ice rink, but requires driving. Loved the location on the river in the woods. Great room with a log cabin look, comfortable bed, and mini-kitchen. Bikes available to borrow. Swimming pool and possibility of a hot tub. Jonathan was a kind and welcoming manager. Beautiful location with homey and comfy rooms. Small niceties were appreciated. We'll definitely return.

This hotel is a steal! You get a basic kitchenette and a room with a balcony looking out to the river for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is tasty. The location on a beautiful stream with a view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking.

All was just as it should be.

The setting of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush green lawns and the soothing sounds of the river. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a complete efficiency kitchen. One of the best aspects was the peacefulness of the location, situated away from roads but still within walking distance to town.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The pillows in the cabin were in desperate need of replacing, and the carpet was quite dirty.

We stayed at River Run Inn in beautiful Winthrop for a few nights during our road trip. The unique and interesting décor, along with the clean and comfortable room, made our stay memorable. The mini kitchen was a great help, and we loved the rustic setting and seeing deer in the morning. The peacefulness and the location right on the river were a perfect combination. The staff was wonderful and the value was incredible. The well-designed wood building and the covered deck overlooking the river were a nice touch. The fully equipped kitchen, indoor spa, and pool were all well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. River Run Inn is a great place to stay for outdoor activities, such as hiking and cycling, with the Pasayten wilderness and former logging roads nearby.

The location of this hotel is just wonderful, with the river flowing nearby and hammocks set up for guests to relax. The quiet, lodge-style buildings add to the overall charm of the place. The rooms are large, fully equipped with comfortable beds, a fridge, and everything you need for your stay. The staff at this hotel are also really friendly and provide great service.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

I had the most amazing stay at a riverside retreat in Winthrop. The peacefulness of being just outside of town was exactly what I needed. I loved being able to fish, hike, and wade right outside my room on the Methow river. Being able to launch for rafting and tubing right from the hotel was a bonus. The indoor pool and hot tub were small but perfect for relaxation, and the free bikes, DVD rentals, and board games added to the fun. The hammocks along the river and the volleyball net in the field created a wonderful atmosphere. I opted for a cabin for privacy and it was great. The air conditioning was a lifesaver and having barbecues available was a nice touch. The big fire pit by the river was the perfect spot for some evening relaxation. Additionally, the hotel was more affordable than others in the area, making it a better value for the money. Despite a couple of minor issues with broken furniture and slow internet, I highly recommend this riverside refuge to anyone visiting Winthrop.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. The view of the river from all rooms was idyllic. The directions provided were great. The inn had facilities for young families, including hammocks and inflatable rings for a fun river experience. The bed was wonderful and the presence of a fly screen meant no mosquitoes. The local town had a charming Western feel.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.

Our stay was peaceful, with lots of deer wandering by the river's edge. The hotel is very close to all the local attractions, which made sightseeing easy. We enjoyed relaxing on the lawn by the riverbank, and playing yard games from the hotel's treasure trove. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, with everything we needed on hand.

The indoor pool was out of service, so we couldn't take advantage of that facility during our stay.

Friendly staff who bring pet supplies for furry friends. Nice to have the option of bikes to borrow and a swimming pool. Ideal for a family reunion getaway in the woods.
