The facilities at Hotel Del Llano were exceptional. We loved the clean and well-maintained sauna, Turkish bath, and swimming pool. The location in a quiet neighborhood with great dining options nearby was perfect. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we had a water leak in our room. They upgraded us to a better room at no charge and even helped us pack and move our belongings. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities and service. our stay at Hotel Del Llano was fantastic.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the city center and offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms and the staff is friendly. The breakfast options are decent and the pool is well-maintained.

The reception staff seemed uninformed and gave us incorrect information about transportation options.

Huge pool, clean bathroom with hot water, spacious room. Friendly staff, excellent facilities - sauna, Turkish bath, and pool always clean and open. Abundant and delicious food. Quiet and relaxed neighborhood with great dining options nearby. Magnificent green space with mountain views, conveniently close to downtown.

The free breakfast buffet was also a plus, with a decent variety of options to choose from. We appreciated the hotel's location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The hotel is in dire need of renovations and updates. the rooms were outdated and uncomfortable, with thin walls that made it difficult to sleep.
