Staff helpful, limited English. Renovations complete, improved organization and professionalism. Beautiful location near Livorno/Pisa. Cat still lives happily. Perfect views, "old-fashion-romantic" style, terraces, beach access. Restaurant with stunning view. Wonderful pool, spectacular beach access.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were beautifully designed with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. We were delighted to find that air conditioning was available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was a highlight, with stunning views of the sea. The value for money was outstanding, and we felt like we were getting a luxury experience without the high price tag. We also appreciated the hotel's location, which was perfect for our needs.

Wow! Just had an awesome weekend at a seaside hotel. The spectacular view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel had a very spacious room with antique furniture making it look charming. the friendly staff gave us the best recommendations for the best local bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was not quite up to our expectations, the bathroom was not as impressive as the room itself. we didn't enjoy the noise coming from the hallway early in the morning.

The beautiful patio of room #8 had an amazing view of the sea. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there and soaking in the scenery. The service at the hotel was excellent, and the restaurant had terrific food. I would highly recommend this hotel.
