The hotel was conveniently located near the American embassy and had a beautiful property. the staff members were extremely helpful and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. the breakfast options were diverse and included traditional South American dishes, which we found to be a good value for the price.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the first room we were given had no exterior window, making it feel quite claustrophobic.

The hotel's location was convenient and within walking distance to my conference. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The hot shower had excellent water pressure, a pleasant surprise in Colombia. The hotel is close to the US Embassy, making it a prime location for those visiting.

The staff here were amazing, always helpful and ready to assist us in every way possible. The room service, laundry and dry cleaning services were impeccable and really made us feel at home. We were happy to have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table in our room. Finally, this hotel offered amazing spa and wellness services such as full body massages, Turkish baths, and a spa lounge, which made our stay here even more luxurious.

We highly recommend this hotel to families as it provides the perfect space for families to stay in comfort.

This hotel is located in a great area with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood is fairly nice but a bit far from the city center. If you're a fan of the US Embassy, you're in luck as it's located right across the street. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. Although the breakfast selection is a bit limited, it's still a decent meal to start the day.
