We received excellent service from the staff, especially from Irfan who went above and beyond to help us with our sightseeing plans and even assisted us in obtaining a metro card. The hotel is conveniently located near the palace, metro station, and various shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was incredibly convenient to have all major monuments and museums within walking distance. Not to mention, there was a great shopping area just a kilometer away. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the in-room safe and mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant staff provided excellent customer service. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore all the main attractions and interesting areas. It is conveniently situated near the tram, allowing for easy transportation. Additionally, it is surrounded by the main sights of the city, all within a short walking distance.

The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make my trip special, even accompanying me to a local chemist for translation assistance. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to all the main sites and attractions. The hotel also booked a fantastic half-day trip for me to explore further afield. The range of food available in the evenings was impressive and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Istanbul.
