I recently stayed at Best Western in Mauston for a few nights. The hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were enjoyable amenities. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I appreciated the connection to a diner and gas station, which didn't feel out of place. a great hotel experience.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, especially Pam in the kitchen and the friendly housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun for us, and we appreciated that it opened early and closed late. The hotel is beautifully decorated and updated, and it smells great. We also liked the convenient parking and the beautiful flowers outside.

The pool was open early and closed late, giving my son plenty of time to swim his little heart out. The restaurant/lounge bar attached to the hotel was convenient, serving a delicious continental breakfast in the mornings. The staff, from the friendly and accommodating front desk to the amazing Pam in the kitchen area, provided personalized guest service and made us feel welcome. The outdoor pool was also a hit with my children, and we enjoyed the beautiful flowers outside.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for visiting nearby family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was extending the serving time. The lady who served breakfast was lovely and accommodating, but a later cut-off time would have been appreciated.
