The staff at Taksim Terrace Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing fast and efficient communication. They solved almost every problem we had and gave great recommendations for taxis, beaches, and public transport. The hotel's location near Istiklal Street and Şişhane subway station was perfect. The terrace with its breathtaking view of the Bosphorus was a lovely spot for breakfast or dinner. The breakfast itself was delicious and the airport transfer was smooth and convenient.

Additionally, the location was perfect, with the metro station just a few steps away, making it convenient to explore this city's main attractions.

The thermostatic mixer in the shower was a bit temperamental. the street where the hotel is located was slightly difficult to find.

I had a wonderful stay at Taskim Terrace Hotel in Istanbul for two nights. The staff, especially Mr Jemil and a young man at reception, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to provide great service. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with good amenities such as wifi, hot water, and an elevator. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Galata tower, Istiklal street, and public transportation. The view of the Bosphorus was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this hotel!
