The apartment had a great view and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. The two balconies also provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, everything inside the apartment was new and in great condition.

There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels provided in the kitchen area. It would have been convenient to have at least enough for one day until we could go buy some.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a beautiful residential area was perfect, with stunning views from the upper floors. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with spacious rooms that were well-equipped and had plenty of outlets for charging all my electronic devices. The shower was delightful, and even though it took a while for the water to warm up at times, it was worth the wait. The staff was amazing, particularly Julio Cesar who went above and beyond to fix our broken suitcase. They were friendly, spoke good English, and always ready to help in any way they could. The breakfast was hands down the best I had during my entire trip, with a variety of fruits, juices, eggs, bread, and delicious cappuccino. The staff was also very flexible, offering services like printing out boarding passes. my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to friends.

Although this is not directly the hotel's fault, I unfortunately had a noisy experience due to a festival in the complex next door. The loud music continued until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

Additionally, the rooftop jacuzzis were a delightful surprise, and we enjoyed a relaxing hour soaking in the warm water while admiring the panoramic views. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and hassle-free, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location of the apartments in El Poblado was perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife of Parque Lleras. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Apartamentos Poblado Alejandria By Housy Host was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a refreshing welcome drink. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, always providing fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of delicious food, and the wait staff was both friendly and efficient. The Christmas decorations added a lovely touch to our stay. we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely return.

The only drawbacks we experienced were the location, which required a 15-20 minute walk up a steep hill or a taxi ride, and the lack of soundproofing between rooms. On both occasions we stayed, we had noisy neighbors, but the front desk staff did address the issue.
