The room was surprisingly spacious and exceeded our expectations. It had a separate area for our luggage and belongings, which was really convenient. The location was also great, just a short walk away from the train station and close to the shopping area and high street.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. First, we were only given one set of keys and had to drop them off at the reception every time we went out.

Conveniently Located Although We Took a While to Find the Property

I had never been to Yokohama before, so I decided to stay at The Knot Hotel for a night. The location is great, just a short walk from Yokohama Station. Although it took us a bit of time to find the hotel, once we got there, we were pleased with our room. It seemed like it had been recently renovated and was quite comfortable. We booked one of their larger rooms, which had a sofa bed and could easily accommodate four people. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a TV and humidifier. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, so there was no shortage of dining options. Plus, it was convenient for exploring Yokohama and even getting to the Ramen Museum at Shin-Yokohama. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they even allowed us to check in early. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage for us. I had a pleasant stay at The Knot Hotel and would recommend it to others.

the towels provided were too small for us to use comfortably. the amenities in our room were minimal and outdated, not worth the high cost we paid.
