I had a fantastic stay at a small hotel in the heart of Bucaramanga. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, taxis and buses just steps away. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, despite being on the main street. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even providing me with coffee and a sandwich for breakfast when I had to leave early in the morning. The room was immaculate, with all the amenities I needed, plus extras like toiletries and snacks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make our Easter stay fantastic. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of items and was served until late in the morning. the key location was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. Plus, we loved the fact that they had a free shuttle service to the airport.

Sadly, our room was small and loud, facing a busy street. the lack of elevator made it hard for us to carry our luggage up the stairs.
