One of the children cut his foot on a loose tile, but the staff immediately took care of the situation and made sure he was okay. They even discounted the day fee for us. It was reassuring to see how they prioritized the safety and well-being of their guests. Despite a few minor inconveniences during our stay, the overall experience at the Intercontinental was exceptional. The hotel has a beautiful entrance with polite and professional staff, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Our family of three stayed at this hotel for the World Youth Championships in athletics. The location was safe with a mini-mart nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel had reliable Wi-Fi, a fabulous pool area, and a good gym. We also enjoyed the excellent margaritas and the delicious pizzas at the on-site restaurant. a perfect hotel for our trip.
