Rooms were not cleaned, shampoo not replaced. Increased room rate, state cost recovery taxes, and unexpected upgrade charge. Disappointing experience.

I recently had a lovely stay at this hotel conveniently located in the Arboretum area. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing ample space for working or simply relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, with a tub in the bathroom and a well-maintained room throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the Front Desk was a great way to start the day.

Exceptional location for the 3M Half-Marathon, just a 2-minute walk to the start chute. Convenient shuttle bus return from the finish line. Well-furnished and spacious rooms. Reliable and fast Wi-Fi. Better breakfast than other hotels.

The hotel's location in the Arboretum area was also great as it was close to multiple nice restaurants and even a brewpub. The staff was amazing, especially the guy named Freddy who helped me during check-in. He quickly resolved an issue I had, saving my first day of vacation. The manager, Raquel, was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with any questions I had.

As young people, we loved the spacious room with a huge sofa for family time and comfortable beds. The 5th-floor location was great for a quiet stay. The breakfast had plenty of options, and my husband enjoyed the bar with the best Bloody Mary ever. It was a convenient and peaceful location, away from the busy city center.
