The location was ideal, in a safe and quiet area, and the staff treated me like family, providing great advice and recommendations.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by starting a bit earlier to accommodate early departures.

The shower had great water pressure, unlike other hotels I've stayed at in Colombia. The tours organized by the front desk were perfect and worth the money.
