Friendly staff, but noisy nights

I loved waking up to a beautiful sea view every morning. The pools were pristine, and breakfast was a delicious spread of fresh fruit and amazing Colombian coffee. The staff was genuinely cheerful and accommodating.

Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, the fresh options were plentiful and the staff was friendly. The hotel had great beach access just 10 km from the airport making it easy to explore the area.

Everything was as perfect as can be.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly due to the spacious rooms and multiple pools, which were perfect for both adults and kids. The beach access was fantastic, allowing us to relax right by the water, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful selection of fresh, local dishes that exceeded our expectations.

One downside was the noisy environment from frequent airplane traffic overhead.

I recently enjoyed an unforgettable four-night stay where the staff’s attentiveness was evident from the get-go. I appreciated the exceptional breakfast with fresh Colombian coffee. The clean pools and beach access complemented the beautiful sea view from my room. Plus, it was just a quick Uber ride to town! Highly recommend this getaway.

absolutely dissapointing! not to mention, those aggressive birds at breakfast feasting on food like it was a buffet for them. i expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but my expectations were clearly too high. just couldn't bring myself to leave a good review.

It was just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Cartagena with fantastic value for money. The pools were kept spotless, and I felt safe with lifeguards always watching. Avoid the main floor if you're a light sleeper, as it can get noisy late at night.

Our stay at Las Americas Casa De Playa was delightful! The attentive staff truly made our vacation special. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and we loved the various pools and the kid's club. Although the buffet had limited options, our meals were enjoyable. The beach access, while public, was still a lovely retreat. Overall, a great family-friendly experience!

Had a boss time there! The variety of food was top-notch, really fresh and delish. Staff were proper friendly which made us feel sound. Only downside was the beach, it wasn't the best for swimming. Still, I'd definitely fancy going back!
