From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and helpfulness. The cozy atmosphere and charming decorations made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and close to the airport. Our room was in exceptional condition, and we especially loved the amenities provided. The views from our room gave us a great perspective of the neighborhood. we had a wonderful experience at Lucitania Hotel Boutique and highly recommend it to others.

The only minor drawback was that there was some noise from both inside and outside the hotel. The lack of insulation in the room doors made it difficult to have a peaceful rest, and the bathroom door didn't seal properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Helpful and kind staff. Sunny and airy rooms with impeccable decor. Gem of a hotel with great value for money. Electric gate provides security.

lucitania hotel boutique was a dream! from the lovely room to the fantastic location, everything exceeded our expectations. estella and her team made us feel at home, despite the language barrier. great area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, perfect for exploring.

Extra towels would've been nice.

The main breakfast/living room is great. Staff amiable and willing to help. Rooms are small but have some charm. Well isolated from the noise. Rates are good considering the neighborhood. Stella, the property manager, was incredibly nice and helpful. Amenities, lobby area, and room were all in exceptional condition. Conveniently located next to great restaurants.

The neighborhood was the coolest in the city and we felt safe and comfortable there. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the free coffee in the room and the proximity to great restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Bogota.

I had a fantastic experience at this boutique hotel. the staff at Lucitania were lovely and very welcoming. the room was great, with a really big and comfortable bed. the lobby had amazing decorations and created a pleasant atmosphere. While it was a bit far from the city center to walk, taxis were affordable. There were plenty of restaurants around, so we didn't have to go far to eat well. it felt like a second home and I can't wait to come back!

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering great advice on nearby food and shops. The cozy lounge with a fireplace was a wonderful place to relax after a cold walk. The facilities had a beautiful bohemian/modern style and were well-maintained.

The doorbell sound could use a more pleasant tone. The rooms were a bit sterile, lacking a cozy atmosphere, but this was offset by the inviting communal lounge and breakfast area

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond by offering laundry services and allowing us to have a late check-out. the interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated, giving it a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the lovely garden and terrace areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor negatives. the rooms were not heated, so it did get a little chilly at night.
