I recently stayed at Mahalo in Salento for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff member who runs the place is absolutely amazing! He's always friendly and happy, ready to answer questions or crack a joke. The hostel itself is clean and visually appealing, with a beautiful terrace outside that offers a stunning view. I particularly liked the curtains on the beds, which provided a nice sense of privacy. The location of the hostel is also great – it's quiet and slightly removed from the center, but still within walking distance to everything. The breakfast options were decent, although a bit repetitive, and it's worth noting that breakfast starts at 8.00, so if you have an early tour, you might miss out.

I highly recommend this hotel.

had a fabulous stay in salento at a cozy hostel. staff was top-notch, giving us great tips and making us feel at home. comfy room, yummy breakfast, and attention to detail was impressive. a big thanks to andres and johan for making our stay so enjoyable.
