The room reserved wasn't available, but they allowed us to choose any other. The staff greeted us and checked us in even after hours. The breakfast was simple, and delicious. The place was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable enough. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered hot water and the price was very cheap. It was also conveniently located near the bus terminal and airport, which made it easy to get around the area. Another advantage was that the bed was comfortable and clean.

The noise level was quite high, especially in the morning during breakfast times. the windows in the rooms face the hallway and it can get noisy.

Superfriendly & helpful staff!!! Perfect location - walking distance to transport terminals. Clean room, comfortable bed. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Extremely helpful staff, provided excellent service and assistance. Well-equipped room with everything needed. Efficient check-in process. Very kind and accommodating staff.
