The location of this hotel is unbeatable, as it is very close to many historic landmarks of the city, such as the Teatro Heredia. Being in the heart of the historic center, it is also very convenient to restaurants and shops. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and were always available. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym.

That the air conditioning in the rooms was not very effective.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful property and excellent service at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning ocean view. The breakfast, with its made-to-order traditional Colombian food, was a highlight of our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Casa La Merced By Mustique.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to the main attraction points. the rooms are well equipped with a TV and electronic safe, and the bathrooms are spacious. the hotel staff was friendly and personalized, always willing to help with everything.

We had a bad experience with the room we were given. Even though we paid for a Junior Suite, we were given a regular room, an apparently common practice at this hotel.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim, while the Jacuzzi offered a stunning view of the surroundings. the massage I received was top-notch, and the sun terrace was a peaceful spot to unwind. My room was beautifully designed, with exclusive facilities that provided the perfect touch of elegance.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a little further from the beach than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, this hotel provided a peaceful oasis with everything I needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
