We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect for those traveling on business, as it is right opposite the Exhibition centre. We found the staff here to be very nice and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-furnished, offering top-class amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a big bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The recently refurbished wellness area was also a highlight, with well-maintained saunas and a steam room. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

Although we highly recommend this hotel to families, it is worth noting that the staff needs to improve their communication in terms of what is included in the room amenities and services. There were times when they were unfriendly and not really helpful.

It was not very central, but only about a half an hour walk from the cathedral, which was fully fine if you don't mind walking a bit. Plus, the view when crossing the bridge was absolutely stunning. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
