Nido Sky in Medellin exceeded my expectations. the spacious loft was modern and stylish, offering a feeling of home with comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. the staff, especially Alejandro and Lizzie, were incredibly caring. the in-room washer and dryer was a huge plus. the rooftop pool and jacuzzi provided relaxation, with Toucan Coffee Museum and Parque El Poblado nearby for family bonding. the noise from neighboring hotels was a minor downside, but earplugs were provided.

Had a solid 24-hour staff available and super friendly. the rooftop pool and hot tub were a great amenity, open all day long. the location in Poblado was ideal, close to Parque Lleras but quieter. the neighborhood felt safe, and there was easy access to the metro and a large supermarket nearby. I appreciated being able to sleep well, with the option to shut out street noise with AC or enjoy the cool breeze with minimal disruption.

The mattress could have been softer, especially for those used to pillow-top comfort. Additionally, I struggled to fill the large tub with hot water, although the other bathroom's shower was fantastic.

At my first stay, the staff kindly arranged transport for me. This spot suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and air conditioning. I won’t switch - returning soon for another city trip. Great amenities & service here!
