Great location near train/subway stations, markets, laundromat, and restaurants. Immaculate room, small but comfortable with an amazing bed. Classy hotel with excellent amenities. Efficient and professional staff. Quiet rooms despite being fully booked. Will definitely return.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Komagome Station and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly polite and respectful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Despite the room being on the smaller side, the smart design allowed us to comfortably fit all of our luggage. The modern style of the room, complete with a large TV, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The hotel itself is new and well-maintained, and we appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Komagome Station, providing easy access to both the subway and JR lines.

I felt incredibly safe staying at Apa Hotel Komagome Ekimae during Typhoon Hagibis. The hotel provided new towels, water, toothbrushes, and more, making us feel well taken care of. The location was great, close to the JR Yamanote line and away from the chaos. The luggage service was also very helpful. I had a pleasant time and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a calm area, right next to Komagome station. The convenience of having a Family Mart just a few steps away adds to its value for money. The staff is attentive and the rooms are well-equipped, with a great view of Mt Fuji. The breakfast here is also a delightful start to the day.

This hotel is in a very calm area, right next to Komagome station of the Yamanote line. It's so convenient being near the station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are small but well thought-out, with a desk and chair for work. The bathroom is clean and the amenities are restocked daily. The staff is kind and professional, providing new towels and toothbrushes. There's even a convenience store nearby for any last-minute needs.

There is only one elevator for 13 floors, so sometimes you may have to wait a bit.

The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch and saved me the hassle of packing my own. the hotel was located within walking distance of a major train station, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected with my loved ones back home.

The lack of any festive decor or activities made it feel like any other day of the year. the breakfast buffet was lackluster and lacked variety.
